Feeling Stuck? Take a Pause

Give yourself permission to pause. This isn’t about rushing to answers — it’s about creating space to meet yourself with kindness and curiosity.

Here are some ways to soften into the process:

Breathe and step away: Take a moment to move, stretch, or spend time in nature. Often, stepping back creates room for fresh clarity.
Journal freely: If the prompts feel hard to answer, let go of “getting it right” and write whatever comes to mind—raw, unfiltered, and without judgment.
Reconnect with your why: Remind yourself why you chose this process. What drew you to reflection? What do you hope to uncover?
Break it into smaller steps: If a step feels overwhelming, focus on one small part at a time. Sometimes just getting started can create momentum.
Find comfort in the pause: Sitting with the uncertainty, even for a moment, can bring surprising insights. Trust that clarity will come in its own time.
Practice self-compassion: If this feels hard, it’s because it matters. Be gentle with yourself and remember that this is your process—you’re allowed to move at your own pace.
Talk it through: Sometimes, saying your thoughts aloud can make them feel less tangled. Call a friend, share with a trusted partner, or reach out to us.
